cUba – pHoTos

Cuba is such an incredible, culturally enriching island. I couldn’t believe how much art could be found everywhere you looked. From the old city in Havana, where everything from graffiti art on hundreds of buildings, artists selling  wares in markets, and stunning, multifaceted galleries fusing performative, visual, music,  sculpture and even fashion, to Cienfuegos and it’s beautiful colonial architecture. Even the stunning islands like Cayo Largo and Cayo Iguana had remnants of culture mixed with daily life, multitudinous wildlife (like the ever inquisitive Iguana and omnipresent Desmarest’s hutia), coral reefs and the chance to experience the unadulterated natural beauty found on the mainland and throughout all the islands.
